Our factory and warehouse are located in Cairo, Egypt. It is the home for many skilled artisans and technicians, who work meticulously to ensure the products are produced to the highest quality. Our eco-conscious practice does not only entail the use of sustainable materials, but also a sustainable work environment.
CAN I CHANGE THE COLOR OF THE FURNITURE PIECES?
Yes! We have a wide range of leather, fabrics, and paint. The color of the wood and upholstery can be changed to your liking. This option is only available in our branch at Cairo Festival City. Please contact us or visit the branch for more details.
CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE OF THE FURNITURE PIECES?
Yes! All furniture designs can be amended to fit in your home. This option is only available in our branch at Cairo Festival City. Please contact us or visit the branch for more details.
CAN I CHANGE THE COLOR OR SIZE OF THE ACCESSORIES?
Unfortunately, customization of size and color is only limited to furniture pieces and is not offered in accessories or lighting. However, please browse through the website meticulously and you will find multiple options that fit your liking.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Orders made through our branch are completed in installments. We also offer third party installment plans through ValU, Geidea, Banque Misr, NBE, ADIB, Emirates NBD, NBK, Ahli United Bank, Mashreq, and AI Bank.
HOW DO I MAKE AN ORDER?
You can add items to your cart and checkout for an online order through the website. You can also visit our branch at Cairo Festival City Mall for furniture orders, in order to ensure all product specifications are clarified.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
Orders of lighting products or accessories are delivered within 2-5 days from order placement. Furniture orders may take between 3-6 weeks - please get in contact for a more specific time frame concerning a particular piece(s).
ARE THERE ANY FURNITURE PIECES IN STOCK?
Yes! Some pieces have been produced in anticipation of demand. Kindly check the product and if it does not say “pre-order”, then it is in stock and will be delivered within 7 days from order placement
